i ended up going through psychiatry uk and found the process much less stressful doing that, and I had a lot of help from uni and my own private therapist - I think that's the biggest tip for me is make sure you have a good support network around you

I think a video about your dissertation would be really interesting! Not just about the process but also about your topic - I remember what I liked about your channel when I first started watching was that you were an F1 fan (something I could relate too) and I love listening to people talk about sports. I'm also doing a gap year at the moment (after A levels, pre uni) it's weird not being in any form of academics (especially when most of my friends are at Oxford or Cambridge this year) but it's so nice to just breathe and not have deadlines constantly hanging over me.
