Thanks for the recipe. I made it today. It was super yummy. I used the heavy whipping cream but still had to thicken it up a bit in the end. This one is definitely a keeper and has found a place in my recipe binder.

I made this one and thought it was yummy. I mixed the Parmesan into the recipe at the end. At first, I was concerned at the watery juice after cooking, but it all thickened naturally to my surprise once I took the lid off and began serving. Really tasty. I will add some mushrooms next time I make it. Thanks y’all!
