My only comment on technique: Prepare the sauce and chicken while the pasta is cooking. Cook for about 2 minutes less than the package instructions for "al dente". Reserve the pasta water. Then, rather than draining the pasta and letting it dry out and cool, add it directly into your sauce and allow it to finish cooking in the pan. The reserved pasta water can be added if things look a little dry and to make the sauce even silkier and smoother.

Yes I learned to always add a little bit of pasta water to your sauce because the starch makes everything come together. That pasta water is like GOLD flavor wise!

This looks awesome! The only thing I would do differently is peel the tomatoes because tomato skins are nasty. My garden is producing tons of tomatoes and peppers right now so this would be great!

This is a an absolutely delicious recipe. However, I tweaked it. I doubled the sauce.i think it would have been too dry otherwise. Added two chopped deseeded jalapeños Added a package of organic washed spinach Added a package of sliced crimini mushrooms It was even better today heated up.
