@@JohnSolar283 Thank you so much for this. I've been looking all over KZbin for just a simple video like this. Crock-Pot is a brand name but also most of the recipes out there are for the Insta Pot digital electric pressure cooker. Man, saying that is a mouthful! Lol. My friend gave me one of the good old fashioned old school pressure cookers, the kind you use on the regular stove, and when I told her I have a digital one, she told me that I could still use the one she gave me, if for anything else, at least, to keep food warm during transporting it to get togethers.

Lentils are quick cooking and don't need soaking. Usually are fully cooked on a gas stove in 15 to 20 minutes.
