I've a regular pressure cooker and it's too old to function well, so I'm planning on replacing it with an instant pot. I cook lentils and indian dishes so often that I had to make sure I can use instant pot to cook those before I make the investment. After watching your video I'm dead set on getting the instant pot. It looks so versatile and waaaaay easier to use than the old school pressure cooker. Can't wait!

Hi there! Yes you are so right! It is SO easy to use, and way better than a traditional pressure cooker. My mom used a stovetop pressure cooker for decades to make Indian food and now loves the simplicity and versatility of the Instant Pot. I'll be sharing more Instant Pot recipes starting next month!

Some of my quick favorites are overnight oats (there are 3 variations in this video bit.ly/vegan-meal-prep); smoothies with greens, berries, banana, nut butter, almond milk and hemp/chia/flax seeds; and seeded toast with smashed avocado, chickpeas and tahini!
