I put this in the oven instead at 250 for 40 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Turned out great. I used a large disposable aluminum roasting pan

This sounds sooo goood! I love anything caramel. Sweet and salty is a great combo too. I see that you used a seasoned pretzel, never had or heard of Dots. Do you think those took the recipe up a notch or would you use standard pretzels instead? Also what heat level did you set your crock pot on? Thank you for posting this!!

It was really good. I did not mean to buy the seasoned pretzels and Dots was new to me. I usually buy Snyders or Utz pretzels. I don't believe the seasoned pretzels enhanced the flavor at all, just salted pretzels will work. I had my crockpot on low. Thanks so much for watching.
