@@reginaldparker7425 They are an awesome fish. If you look inside of the eyeballs they possess a veil like camouflage weed pattern within the actual eye. They sit motionless in weedy areas or coral beds and wait for their meal to come to them. When cooked the flesh is white, moist,tender and flacky. Absolutely delicious

Red snapper around my island is highly toxic. You're still alive so I guess it isn't toxic there. Try to ask the locals what are potentially toxic fish to avoid. It varies from place to place because of the type of food they feed on.

Man this is a life experience that you take SMILING to the grave. This time in your life will be on the top 3 of most wonderful memories easily. Most people will NEVER be so blessed unfortunately. I worked on a dive boat on the Jamacian reefs, we dove for conk. Even though my captain completely ripped me, I wouldn't trade the money for the experience

That thing looks like the flatheads (flatties) you have in Australia. Briggsy catches them all the time with his Fam in "gutters" and estuaries. Looks like a heck of a lotta meat. That crimson is what we call Menpachi in Hawaii. I prefer it deep-fried with a little seasoned flour but will eat it any way I can get it! Your clamshell oven was pure GENIUS!!

Nice video. I have a couple questions. What is your water source? How do you charge the drone and phone? Solar? Where do you upload your videos? Do you have signal? How is sleeping on the ground? I saw some freshwater run off into the ocean so must be possible to dig for a well for sure. Just have to arrange getting the equipment out here . Currently I’m not here because this time of year is chances of tropical cyclones. So for now I’ve moved to another chain of islands. So can keep capturing content. Happy new year mate 👍🏽

You can lease an island, the beach and waters will still be public area
