I seem to be lucky in that I haven't noticed any food intolerances yet. Well, pastry makes my stomach a bit dodgy, and beef sometimes and coming from Cornwall where pasties are a staple food that's a bit of a disapointment! I'm really getting into herbal tea though. Pukka do a nice turmeric one and I've read that turmeric is good for inflammatory conditions so I've been having a few of those a day in an attempt to cut back on the coffee. Thanks for another cool video!

New subscriber :) . I know of such a good brand for milk and dairy products. Arla lactose free. It's dairy products but have the lactose taken out. They do milk (which is a life saver because I love cereal), milk and yoghurts and more! really good brand, I recommend.

It is hard for me to cut out milk as I love my milky drinks so I still have them and suffer the consequences I can have it in coffee shop coffees but not in my machine coffees
