I’m new to the game and have greatly appreciated your videos so far and I look forward to new videos in this series! I have found myself struggling with consistency in accuracy with my shots? Is there a shooting method that is better to maintain accuracy?

Hi Jeremy, the videos are great! When’s the next one coming? Also, any chance you could do a video on flicking methods and techniques, please? Is there a best finger to use etc. Many thanks!

New player here, need some tips on shooting hand techniques. Sometimes my shots go straight and other times left or right. Need help! Thanks

James, have you seen this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lWWtY4ysfNumlck it is focused on how to shoot without hurting your finger but the suggestions will also help you shoot with more consistency.

@@TraceyBoards Hey Jeremy, thanks for your videos. (Did the 52 series stop after #5?) As a piece of viewer feedback: I think it would be great if you take another step back to get real newbs on board. I'm looking for the same advice as james king and some others who've asked that question: How do you shoot? I'd think, when it comes to flicking discs, a newb would tend to use the index finger, setting it rather upright in front of the disc. That doesn't give reliable results - neither in terms of direction nor distance. In the videos I've watched some elite players use their index fingers, some use the middle fingers. I guess that's about personal preference. I also see that their shooting fingers are set up in a 45° angle to the board. That seems more stable and convenient than having it upright but harder to aim. (What I mean is: If you put that finger upright, you aim over (?) it in a straight line. Which is not possible in the same way when the finger is not in a 90° angle.) Similarly, when I watched the video above with the arrows, my impression was: "Well, he just put the arrows so they fit between the pegs." In other words: This video tells me where the discs are supposed to go but not where/howto hit the opponent's button. Well, thanks anyway. Hope you put out more videos.

@@timtigges5400 Thank you for this Tim. As of January 1st we have a new shop that is going to free up a ton of space in our home. One of the goals is to get a dedicated video space set up so we can more easily get back on track with making videos. I really do love making videos but when it takes half an hour to rearrange things before you can even hit the record button it takes some wind out of the sails. Anyway, your thoughts on this are definitely appreciated. Stay tuned and in the meantime, keep flicking :-)

@@TraceyBoards That's very understandable. As I've said, thanks for all the work and I'm looking forward to what you'll put out in 2020.
