unless you have kaiju and monster negate, if the crooked cook player (which is normally like around 9k hp due to ladybug) lives that turn, it's not an out. he can just kaiju the "out" and if you kaijud the crooked and not have a monster negate on board, he can remake the cook. optimal crooked does not run exodia, just final countdown and anti mill cards like the dog that when you discard goes back to deck. exodia has something like 50% chance that one of it is at the bottom 5 of the deck anw so you have mill win con or final countdown. that way you can run other kaiju type monsters that arent kaiju like santa claws so you can still use it even if the enemy still has a kaiju on board, lava golem can be bad since you dont get to normal that turn and if enemy found a way to remove the crooked the same turn you dont get to remake the cook since it requires a normal summon. mained the deck up until plat 5 but i often see kaijus after that. i retreated into rhongo bongo after that since it's more effective

I mean is this deck still possible to play in irl tcg where Maxx "c" is banned including where called by the grave is limited to 1?

not having maxx c and called by the grave is impairing, but not a complete deal breaker for the deck. the problem irl is much more that in the best of 3 format the opponent can put in cards like kaiju or burn-damage ones after the first game.

it's an alternative way to make crooked cook, just like right-hand shark it gives him indestructibility. but i wouldnt craft it specially for this deck alone. i already had 2 so i used them here.

So why Exodia and not Final Countdown that's usually what players use with Crooked Cook?
