Crookies & Cream!

I'm so excited to introduce to the world my lastest creation, the CROOKIE™, the perfect blend between a Croissant and a Cookie! It's being served with a giant mug of milk composed of a moist Almond cookie sponge, a pecan praline, a layer of vanilla cremeux, a Cookies/Mascarpone cream whip and topped with a Vanilla panacotta. The mug is crafted 100% out of white chocolate.

What I love about these compared to a lot of the other “realistic” desserts is that they actually seem delicious, not just a tiny cake covered in 7 pounds of fondant

With sticks in to support it. I've seen a ton of wedding cakes in my career, the one he did was solid 3 tiers nothing to support. This also looks great, the crookies is a cool idea.

I prefer watching the stuff go in and out of the oven as opposed to just slapping the table and having it appear done. That trick can be fun, but I like when it showed more of the process too. When it just appears on the table finished it’s more like he’s just assembling stuff. Still amazing, but I like seeing the cooking too.

Agreeed! I adore these videos but they’re getting a bit choppy now. No need for gimmicky editing, he’s an artist, we can wait a couple seconds to watch things happen, don’t need to slap the table and make them appear

Yeah, pastries puffing up in the oven is so fun to watch! I get that these kinds of traditions are cool too, but I do wish that he's mix it up sometimes by showing the inside of the oven.

I used to enjoy watching these videos. I loved seeing the process and am amazed at his skill, but the way that they are edited, with all the jump cuts, slapping the table and everything is done, is making it extremely annoying and no longer enjoyable. He is a Master of his art and his skills should be shown.
