Thanks Vic appreciate that , I think being able to hear the hits kinda puts you guys right there with me if you know what I mean? , and I don’t mind putting in some misses as long as I can see if the camera has picked up the flight path then that too gives a perspective , cheers buddy 👍😁

@@24886544 yeah she is hitting with around 76FTLbs so it does give them a good smacking lol , will be out hopefully as soon as some of this heat cools down , cheers bud 👍

Great video I also shoot an fx maverick in 22 cal, it absolutely loves the zan and H&n slugs, currently shooting the 34g h&n they hit very hard

Hi thanks for the comment, I do like the maverick although it’s not been without a learning curve what with testing and air pressure changes but with that aside I do really enjoy it , yea she does well with these Zan slugs, cheers G. 👍

@@GianniG55 does it only change pressure under weather conditions or does it do it all the time, sounds like you have a bit of reg creep, might be worth stripping down your reg and taking a look, mine is rock solid most I get is 1 bar if its left for a week or so without shooting

@@yamahabigwedgy Hi , it’s more of a temperature thing really , I have set the back reg to 137 so we i first bring it out it may say 142 and then when out in the sunlight it can go down to 133 but in winter it can go to 147 so I think heat and cold definitely seems to change the reg pressure.

I have the FX maverick FAC .25, pressure set at 150 & 130 to give 60fpe & 1050fps with lubed Zan 30grn slugs, very hard hitting.

Hi , I do like the zans , my reg pressures have been working for me well even though at a little under 1000fps the 75 fpe does retain quite a lot of kinetic energy when hunting out to 200 yards which at times does call for.

I’m using Zan 35g slugs at 996 fps in a superior heavy liner.
