No. It’s intentional though. He does the same at Woodstock. Cros was a very good guitar player (Guinevere is all him for instance). I think he just let Stephen handle this one and he’s just strumming for some rhythm. Nash didn’t always play on it, however, and his guitar here sounds out of tune.
