@@TK-cl1jm Me and my 96 Heritage Softail have been seriously thinking about a cross country trip this Spring/Summer from Philly to LA. My wife could not stomach the trip, and I don't have any buddies who are interested. Riding solo is pretty risky, so your comment caught my eye. There should be a portal that connects people who just want an extra set of wheels close by as backup...but vetted so you're not cruising with a psycho (sorry for sounding rude...it's the Italian in me).

Just starting to watch this series. Looks entertaining so far. Deleting work apps from phone same as throwing watch away? Lol. Man picks up bike from HD for a cross country trip. I'm thinking that's some faith in HD dealer. Puts kickstand down and it squeaks. HD didn't take care of a little easy thing like that? That's faith inspiring. Lol. Runs gas down to last 0.1 gallon. God's looking out for you. Hope he continued for rest of trip.

Thanks for watching! I deleted apps so I would be free from thoughts and notifications about work back home, the same way Fonda threw his watch away to be free from the constraints of time. Of course it’s not exactly the same thing, but I thought it was close. I didn’t make it clear in the video that it was my bike from home that I had shipped out west. It had just gone through brakes, tires, and fluid change. And keep watching, I ran the gas down to the last 0.1 gallon twice! Definitely had a guardian angel riding with me.

This is awesome! We did the same trip on the same bike, but in reverse. There’s some videos on our channel.
Coming from a very different motorcycling world, I must say this was quite enjoyable. Your voice and calm narrative as well as the accompanying tunes blend well with the images. I expected endless straights but got some nice twists and changing American scenery too.I can see the appeal of what you did, and it makes sense to drive a Harley there. The gas thing makes me nervous every time...😄 Is that a wall structure to your right at 6:40? That view in 7:10 would kind of get to me, not used to that at all. Would love to get to Arizona on a bike, but can't see it anywhere in this lifetime, cross-Atlantic trips on a bike is where I have to draw the line 😏 I enloyed this, and subbed, stay safe and enjoy the rides. Greetings from Greece.
@CrunchMoto3 жыл бұрын
Wow, thanks for the awesome review. This was my first time riding in the western states. I too was expecting flat and straight (and I will definitely encounter that in later days.) That wall structure at 6:40 is the US / Mexico border. I will see it many times throughout the first few days. I find the long, flat, straight roads like at 7:10 to be relaxing. I like the variety of mountain curves, flat straight single-lane roads, and busy interstate highways. I've never ridden in Greece before, but I'd love to see that. Thanks again for watching!
