These are excellent courses for a beginner like myself. They also serve as great reinforcement classes between weekly classroom sessions. Keep them coming. Thanks again!!

Thank you! The steps of the snake are a bit different of what I'm doing but I love that way of turning the feet! Love the stretch too :)

Hi Ginette. I would love to hear or see what you are doing different with your snake creeps low. I always like to see different variations on the moves. Is it a modification for you specific or is it being presented differently these days? Cheers

Hi, the difference is "open the back foot, open the front foot" . I learned to put the back foot straight and then at 90°, sit and transfer to the left leg.... I like it better your way! Merci!

www.suffolktaichiacademy.uk Hi Kevin Like your video as always. I wish I had a Shelly to do the techy bits. Does she do house calls . (you can visit too!) I have always taught the reach up to 7 stars by coming up with my hips squared over the left foot then square to the front as I high sit. Great to see another take on it. I always say that we learn Mr Moy tai chi but it becomes Mr My tai chi😀

Hi Ray, Yes Shelley says she would do a house call but the travel expense might be a bit high lol. Maybe get over there some day and help out with a workshop or something. It's kinda cool to be able to share the Tai Chi like this so we all learn and grow with our Tai Chi. Cheers
