Please forgive me if my questions sound rude. I don’t mean them to, but I do want to know … First, will the sessions have the same sound and film quality as this video? I find it somewhat low-volume and echo-y. My hearing is impaired and I have to strain to make out what’s being said in this video. (Not so for the tai chi videos I’ve watched the last year or so and appreciate very much.) I fear also having to strain to see precisely what form the stretching should take. Secondly, I’ve tried livestream classes before and find that an hour of time might elicit only 20 minutes of actual content. Far more time is spent in wandering chit chat and greeting people as they sign on. I hope for clear and focused content. Finally, which format do you recommend for the book, e-book or hard copy? Are the e-books set up so pictures and their written descriptions can be seen on the same screen? Thanks and again, sincere apologies if I come off as rude. I admit to getting impatient when my time and money are wasted in idle chit chat when I’m yearning to learn and improve! ETA. I didn’t know until just now that you offer livestream tai chi classes. My remarks above refer to the videos of the moves and sets.

Hi thalsoneon, First off, glad you have been enjoying and learning from the videos! Secondly, for the stretch class, the hard copy would be better to follow along with in class and for future reference in my opinion but that is up to you and your preferences. I appreciate your concerns regarding sound and video quality and I try my best to have the technology as best as possible for the classes so I will keep it in mind for people like yourself. I usually recommend students hook up their laptop or whatever to as big a screen/monitor as possible to make it easier to practice as we go through the class without running back and forth to the screen. I currently am using a 60" TV as my studio monitor. As most of our Livestream students will tell you, I can be quite talkative when I am explaining or demonstrating principles and techniques but I try to keep focused on the Tai Chi and hopefully keep people active throughout the whole class. Maybe 5 minutes at the beginning is to allow people to get clicked in and ready to go and then we workout. Here is a link to the website for info on our Livestream classes theawareness.website/next-step/ and here is a link to our payment page to pay for the stretch class theawareness.website/next-step-payment/ Hope to "see" you in class! Cheers Kevin

@@kevinwerre2700 Thank you so much, and I really appreciate you not taking offence at my poorly worded post! I shall see you on Thursday, even though I can’t get a hard copy of the book in time!

I would like to register for this stretch class. The link does not have a place to register and pay, it is just a link to purchase the book.

SM, Shelley here... I just realized I did not have a link to the website in the video description, as I had sent detailed emails out, so I have added a bit more information into the video description. Hope this helps.

@@TheAwarenessWebsite Thank you, Shelly. I am not on the email list so had not gotten the information. I can now see the link on the video and Kevin's email but there isn't an option to choose the Stretch class. Should I choose one of the Tai Chi classes? I am already in a small Tai Chi group so am not wanting those classes. Just the stretch one. Sorry to be a pest.

@@smklein5991 Because this is just a one month or so class, I did not create a separate link for stretch class on the website. Just go to the payment page, theawareness.website/next-step-payment/ send 20.00 CDN through either Go Fund Me or Paypal and then Email Kevin to let him know which email address you would like to have your links sent to. Cheers, Shelley

@@smklein5991 Hi Sheila, Yes any of the links will take you to the same payment page and then email me to let me know payment was made. Cheers Kevin
