If you had to guess the effectiveness of this move as a percentage what would you figure?

Hard to say On an actual %, but the more you can get your opponent tired/reacting to your fakes, the heavier he will step, which will make it easier to catch this

It would be more effective as a knee tap. After a snap, when the opponent is on their knees. If you're depending on fatigue to bless the move, a cradle going across from the other side would grant a bigger reward. With wrestling, the top of the hill is wrestlers that are making their opponents react and are anticipating that reaction. So, anything could work in theory as long as there's a second move.
