Make the job centre the only place that's allowed to advertise jobs, companies will then pay the job centre to advertise there jobs instead of paying other websites/companies to advertise there jobs on. That money then pays for the job seekers bill which obviously lowers the unemployment bill. It also makes it a lot easer to find a job no more spending hours upon hours searching all over the place for a job just go to the jobcentre. Companies still pay the current price they pay to advertise but instead of them paying all these different places to advertise they pay just one place which saves them money too.
