The mans Nightmare is literally immoral to anything not Positive, and as far as I know, can't possibly be killed unless negativity just stops existing. Error, both in Underverse and "A fatal error has occurred" , is definitely not. If he is, he at least isn't nearly as durable as Nightmare. Shattered Dream vs Fatal is pretty difficult since we don't know the full extent of his strength outside of being stronger than Error and a skilled fighter.. I'd say it's a draw, neither could possibly kill the other.
