Cross-Shaped Discipleship of Women

How can we be ready to minister to all kinds of women in all kinds of contexts with all kinds of needs? How can we equip ourselves and others for cross-shaped discipleship in the company of women “grieved by various trials” (1 Pet 1:6)? As members of Christ’s church, what practices and approaches can help us grow in Word-filled relational ministry?

Thabiti A.had said that the Evangelical Church needs to, " de-center whiteness" I wonder how as an Anglo-Saxon male he would view me, " as family" while visiting his Church. Things that make you go hmmm.
