Some very pretty projects going. I love that piece that you are doing for your parent's Anniversary. I agree that the color change of fabric will surely make it pop. Hope you enjoy the magnetic board. They're hard to put together and couldn't figure mine out to begin with and why I opened yours. But then did figure it out. Christmas, Aida, linen, frosty. Love that you were able to organize another section of your craft room. Sometimes it’s just as gratifying as a finished project. I have found that taking a section at a time is the way to organize anything. Once that section is done the weight is lifted. Look forward to seeing your quilt. I love everything as usual. Usually skip hour long(er) Flosstubes but there's a few I tune into and you're one of them. I love over-dyed Aida since it's so different from what I learned on in the early 80's. I love linen until I come across a slub. I heard there's a way to remedy it but I make my x the best I can and use fray check on the back-sure that's not what they meant-LOL. Hope that stuff holds up over the years. I love the Frosty Tiny Town too. I don't have any of the tiny towns but they're all so adorable. It would be hard to make up my mind on which one to choose. I have to get my Tomato Tomayto project going next. I'm working on the Erin Elizabeth Bee SAL and I'm so slow. I also have a bluish green pumpkin with a crow I'm working on and the chart is just awful! It's all in German so first I had to find a conversion chart. Never heard of the floss before but the worse part is the greens and browns and black on the chart are so hard to distinguish. They all look alike because the ink is so dark. I wish they were in b&w. I tried copying in grayscale but guess I just have to suffer. I bought 5 books because the designs are so cute. Lots of garden fairies. I'll get it done one way or another.

Don't feel bad about your parent's gift. Sometimes circumstances get the best of us.
