The Viper S400 also has the dry fire inhibitor and unfortunately I found out the hard way that it does it’s job. I got distracted while shooting in my back field a few weeks ago and forgot to load a bolt. I didn’t realize it until I fired it and something didn’t sound right. I realized what I had done and was sick to my stomach. When I looked I found that the string hadn’t gone anywhere. It did bend the pins that stop the string though. I’m more than happy to pay for replacement of those instead of an entire new bow.

Second and last comment. My Scorpyd with these long shots is as quiet as my Matthew’s bow. I would like to know the decibel level that bow puts off to compare.

Please don’t tell me how far we can shoot with your bow. I am close friends with your highest up guy and I’m also a deer and bear guide. My point? My Scorpyd which is extremely quiet, I have killed Elk, moose, bear, deer , antelope and many many others over the last few years and even whitetail deer I’ve shot them at 40 to 80 yds and with the Swat broadhead 3.75 inch cut I’ve murdered them all! Even elk! And this new bow you’ve made looks and feels amazing! So kudus just please don’t tell people with those speeds they can’t shoot past 40 or so. It will knock an elk or bear down at 100 yds all day long with low wind

@@pedrothehunter3721 the deer honestly can’t even hear the bow go off when they are over 60 yds away! I literally stood behind a tree at 100 yds and had my friend shoot the target next to me and I honestly didnt hear anything but the arrow hitting the target. I was very impressed and surprised.

@@michiganwoodsman2199 u right buddy I have a video on u tube my channel I shot 80 yards with killer instinct crossbow frt killed deer so your scorpyd crossbow is even better it’s quieter and faster love those crossbows but I went with the r-10 ravin but yours is great

@@pedrothehunter3721 the Scorpyd is the best bow made in my opinion. I was an Archery tech and then went on the Be the store manager of a massive hunting retail store. Ravines customer service isn’t good at all. We had so many customers screaming about how Ravin wouldn’t fix their bows :-( Scorpyd also uses bansdale limbs which Matthew’s uses, they also use ALL titanium screws bolts and fasteners. And they are light and have competition triggers in them. Plus as a bow hunter their logo Ravin used a couple years ago that said “welcome to your next rifle” really bummed me out. It made people think us xbow hunters are cheaters… and we’re not!

Cost to damn much !! Can't afford the crossbow that the co. makes are way to high price !! Centerpoint crossbow is a better deal !! Not to prices on center point cross bow !! If the company that make the crossbow would bring the price down maybe people can afford to buy it !!!!! Such as 10 pointer crossbow !!!!
