Tbh, i saw the last workout of the day on youtube before all the influencers put theirs online. Except for the closing ceremony, that was way too late...

10:05 .. hahaha... Arielle is such a gem!! So happy for her this season! She would hate training with me growing up because my coaches all would talk shit to motivate us during games. "(insert name) you're getting smoked out there, hurry up!" and I have for sure heard the "You can breathe hard after the game" comment more times than I can count! I love it though, it would motivate me to push it far more than a compliment ever would! Clearly Arielle did amazing this season, so whatever works!! haha

Really enjoyed all the vlogs...the relaxed style, not in your face, totally at the athlete's pace and comfort - that's what makes these so good. You guys have that gentle touch, where people relax around you and while you're media, you're not full on - so congrats to you guys for an awesome job. And the games...phew, what a games...So disappointed for Justin but so delighted for Laura...Although rooting hard for Emma McQuaid and Emily Rolfe - just watching the videos and thinking about the workouts, really energised me and had me thinking about the athletes during my own workouts and gave me that little nudge to push on, lift another little bit, that reinforcement that when the cardio sucks and I'm breathing through my ears, to suck it up and push through - which is what it's all about. And the great thing is, when one person brings that energy to the gym, everyone in the workout gets a little nudge... WDQ static...passing the buzz from one to another...Thanks for everything...

Something I'm super curious about is what happened to with Brent Fikowski toward the end of the final test. Did he maybe come out a little too fast, then run out of gas? I mean, Roman's third was TOTALLY earned (first would have been totally earned, !), but I was ALSO cheering for the Professor and SO looking forward to seeing him on the podium again.
