I think you can find Bugener videos that talk about all aspects of the snatch (CJ too). But in this specific video titled "loading the hamstring", it is not surprising that the focus of the video is on knee position to make the hamstrings fire up / load. Burgnener is an international weightlifting coach, not crossfit specific... he helps crossfit do OLY lifts correctly. So when coaching at the elite level like he does, i think he can talk about whatever he wants in isolation...

This isn't bodybuilding, this is crossfit, and he's teaching him the snatch which is an olympic lift, which also isn't bodybuilding.

He wants him to get his knees out of the way of the bar being deadlifted, to see his knees on top of his ankles in that position.

Really... Come on. If power is being spoke about "fired up", you need address explosive triple extension from the ankle, knees and hips. What does cross fit achieve here because I'm thoroughly lost with all respect.
