@@maxe7056 Man some of these are absolute burners. I did the "Dead Meat" workout from Dec 4th and that was killer. Finished in 27:28 which I felt good about. Hardest one was "Miron" workout from 9/8. Man that one crushed me. Would love to see you try is this EMOM. 14 minute EMOM- 7 pullups, 7 hanging leg raises, 7 MB slam. I can get to about 10 minutes and then I just fall off and get behind.

@ that sounds like a terrible workout. The pull-ups would absolutely be the limiter for me there. Miron was rough but I’m a smaller dude so made it easier since the weights were Bodyweight dependent
