Hey. Bin gerade fertig geworden. Fast 30min 😢 . Keine Double unter. Vorher 60min Spinningrad, dann 50 Backsquats (20kg Sandbag) 50 DB Snatch (12,5kg) 50 Push Press ( auch 12,5kg DB) insgesamt!!! Dann 4min Spinningrad. Boa😮😮 war das hart. Hatte einen Puls von 195 Hab viel Pause gemacht. Hatte gestern schon ein hartes Workout in der Crossfit Box Crefeld. Da lief auch ein kleines Kind rum. Alle haben aufgepasst. Bis bald Grüße aus dem kalten Deutschland

That sounds brutal! You always do a lot of bike in your workouts which is awesome. That’s a really high pulse, definitely on the edge there. Hello from warm Texas
