Great vid 94 reps here :-( Definitely not an easy workout. DLs got me (dang it DIANE). I've done a few workouts with 10@225 then 10 HSPUs (5 rounds) with great times (6ish) BUT doing 21-15-9 changes everything. I broke up both DLs and HSPUs. 350 is heavy for DL for me so 45 reps @225 take the wind out of my sail with the 21-15-9 routine.

What would be a sub for hspu and handstand walks

The scaled version of the workout has hand release push-ups and bear crawls with the hips above the shoulders.
