Only two-years into CrossFit at 35: On my last round of chest-to-bar, I kept thinking, "is there any way I can stretch this out to 14 minutes so I can just be done?" That heavier thruster was rough.

Did scaled but the second part my arms were done couldn't get the pull up so only got 3 pull ups kinda mad about it but I got threw the first part
