I love how Jas and your dad are involved in crossfit. It's great to have that support and also be fit family!!

I really appreciate you showing the mental strain of 17.3. So often when you see people smashing the workouts on youtube you forget that it is not easy at all and how much one's head can get in the way. All the love to Jas!!

That whole outdoor clip was amazing. We never get to see you guys like that. But I think that it just proofs and show us that you are the ultimate couple goals.

Started following up at the beginning of the year when you were in LA with obese2beast. Now I watch your channel to keep me motivated as well. I love it!! From Northern California, we don't quit!!! Thank you for your content.

Tell Jaz that she did GREAT!! I felt the same way she did about being frustrated after because I wanted to do better but with a time cap of 8 mins, it's a lot of weight for us girls who aren't as tall! Thanks for sharing your Crossfit lives! 😊

Hey Craig, been watching you for the last 2 weeks, and loving your videos. Currently i''m in the process of watching all your videos from the first you've uploaded, currently at your "Road To The Open 2016" videos. And I'd have to say that you have come a long way, both with your video editing, story telling, and just the way you make people watching, more happy because you are always happy :D Keep up the good work my bro.

been doing crossfit for 2 weeks now thanks to your videos. My legs are super sore after 4 rounds of 50 metre walking lunges and 25 wall balls. But so excited for next week. You guys inspire me.

Super proud of you both. Jas shouldn't feel bad, I also got stuck at the second weight! My tip is warm up to the weight you think you'll get to in the WOD when you warm up, so when you pick it up in the WOD you know how heavy it is ;)

Oh, I feel for Jas. I felt so embarassed by my score (29 reps RX'd). I didn't even finished the 3rd round. But it's supposed to be hard and it was a particularly tough WOD. She should be really happy with her score!

Craig...why Jas did not stop snatching when she compensated with valgus left knee (50 kg I think, 7:41 on your video and before)? Is the time cap really more important than potential injury or proper technique? You should have stopped her. Valgus knee can...you know what can happen. Take this as a positive suggestion from kineziologist who is also doing crossfit, was in professional sport, have yoga centar and I regularly watch your videos because they are great motivation for me! Say hy to Jas and stay uninjured! Congrats to you and Jas on 17.3 and all 17. workouts! P.s. Jas - if you do 100 precent and give your very best, you MUST be proud and satisfied! I am proud of you because I am watching you two for some time now, and you made huge progress! Keep on going!

Don't get frustrated Jas! I understand you 'cause I'm like that too (even worse) with myself. But this is a workout where the (RX) snatch gets heavy very quickly for some people. Like I've got a 1RM snatch of 65kg and I don't even know how in the world I'm gonna do the 84kg round lol
@Alex-yo5xl7 жыл бұрын
For building your engine what helped me the most is focusing 2-3 days a week on building distance in my runs and then focusing on strength training and an occasional wod in the gym. Just a tip might want to try it out or research the benefits this will carry over to your wods.
