Hey TEAM ! The Coach at our box and I MESSED UP and completely forgot about the 24" by 36" HSPU box at the time of doing the workout (the box wasn't in last years standards so completely slipped both of our minds)! It was an honest mistake and quite rightly my score will not count and a RE-DO will be done on Monday. I hope from this video you can get a bit of motivation and see that I gave it my all and the same will be done in the Monday. #WeDontQuit #IMessedUp Regards, Craig :)

TeamRICHEY yes I noticed there was no box for your hands buddy !! :( redo ?
@lexikniznik84857 жыл бұрын
oh you said that. my bad. haha. standards videos ! always watch in full ! even so. mistakes happen! quick note with the box your fingers are allowed to edge over the box but palms cannot. I didn't know that until after I'd done it already

TeamRICHEY big respect for redo-ing, have seen people using worse standards, who would just take the score!

you guys need the 24" by 36" box on the floor for your HSPUsssssss!!!!!
@LianneStewart7 жыл бұрын
Yep - you killed it Craig - do it again on Monday with the lines on the floor and get your 20 DL
@mattlee0077 жыл бұрын
Agreed Sarita R standards are standards .... I love your videos etc .... but would have loved to see you working to the standards this time... cheers team
@stevebaxter34797 жыл бұрын
Craig uses 2 different lines (at different heights) to do his HSPU to....
@eddiesari7 жыл бұрын
Steve Baxter I'm not referring to the lines on the wall; there needs to be a 24" by 36" box on the floor where you do your HSPUs in which your hands must be kept when performing HSPUs. It is a new standard for 17.4 which differs from 16.4
@DavidWrightAus7 жыл бұрын
Sarita I was going to post the same. I'd hate it if such an amazing score was rejected because someone didn't adhere to the new HSPU standards.

@iguana47517 жыл бұрын
Hey man, I am sorry to say, but technically your HSPUs were not legit, because you did not mark a box on the ground to perform them within. Nevertheless: Great job!! I did the workout yesterday and really struggled with the deadlifts. The last 10 reps felt awfull.
