I agree totally with what she is saying- these are facts that I knew beforehand ever since I was diagnosed with type 2 i know it can be reversible but my primary alwaya says my meds are my lifetime meds- but I pushed to study and get infos/facts and trial and error before i was on Metformin 50mg and Farxiga 5mg now I am out on Metformin but my doctor increased my Farxiga to 10mg… I just feel more weak lately and so much pain and nuerological issues/ skin discoloration et all- I need this… I did Keto and it worked for ke but my doctor said too too much fat is not good… But I am greatful for this Sarah thank you for not giving up and really CARE.❤

Fasting has many benefits, it puts the body into survival mode. Case in point, after a 48 hour liquid fast, no solid food, just vegetable juice ,fruit juice, milk an water, temptations for sex become even more controlled like a priest because I'm hungry for food, a basic need below perpetuation of the species or feeling good. Wonderful information, to live longer, by eating less, disease reduction ie. Cancer has to feed also, if not they are starved too, hungry Cancer cells, that will probably die or greatly reduced due to an unsavory environment.

Christians, Yogi's have been fasting for centuries. One common bond amongst Yogi's an Christians. Dr. Sarah Hallberg can teach this subject for decades, slowly for education, application an lifestyle, she can't even teach that fast for the layman's understanding, but I know someone who can, JC even some dedicated brillant Yogi's have went awfully long on a fast. Many road's on the Freeway of Love or Road to a life enhancing fast. Thanks Dr. H (Doctor Feel-good).

Dr. Hallberg has been lauded in many comments on many websites, but what is lacking is a Wikipedia page dedicated to her life story and work. Her closest colleagues could see that her page gets created. When searching for someone online, some people skip those that are not included in Wikipedia. I would hope that her stellar reputation as a low carb advocate has nothing to do with some of the "orthodoxy" that Wikipedia enforces according to "conventional" or "accepted" medical sources which she fought to oppose in the area of low carb. That, unfortunately, would result in Wikipedia making editorial comment(s) associating her work with "quackery" which is a disservice to her life and work. If validation is being recorded in Wikipedia then Wikipedia must change itself in order to remain valid.

I remember seeing a video of a "nutrition expert scientist" being shown research that supported low carb, high fat. His response out of hand. "I don't believe it." Some scientist.

NO, it's NOT fat - it could be the combination of fats WITH carbs - OR honestly, most of what people consume today is a ton of very processed food AND carbs, and sugar.

The fact that she has a harsh voice is irrelevant. What she's saying is extremely important. This beautiful doctor passed away a few days ago from lung cancer and will really be missed. Even her voice.
