"We were brothers once, I was one of you". When he says that, I liked the images that went with it - Crosshair being with his squad as he was one of them, and deep down, he still is. What Omega said about still being their brother and hers, it was her way of saying that the door is still open for him and I really hope he does rejoin them for good in season 2 as the Bad Batch is where he truly belongs!

And I think that the major difference between Crosshair and Hunter was really that Crosshair thought of being a soldier as his job to fight who he's told too, while Hunter knew that it was his duty to defend those that needed to be.

This is beautiful. Crosshair is such a good character and so well written. It kind of shows how some times the “right side” doesn’t always look like the right side, like how Crosshair thought the empire was the right side and that his brothers were the traitors because if his chip. His emotions were so well shown but hidden at the same time. I love how he goes through similar to what commander Cody was thinking, slowly realizing the empire wasn’t everything it seemed. I’m fine 🥲

Thanks so much for this amazing tribute! When I first found out that the Bad Batch were getting their own show, I was hyped and I just say it has served as the end of an era: the end of the Clone Wars and the inception of the Galactic Empire, and the end of the Clones on Kamino; Tipoca City 💔😢 Crosshair’s journey/story arc this season was so deep and compelling, watching him turn his loyalty towards the Empire over his brothers from the beginning was heartbreaking but also the catalyst for the show. Despite being on opposing sides, he still wanted his brothers to stand beside him again even though they were on opposing sides, and he saved Omega and AZI at the end proving that they still mean so much to him, but he stayed with the Empire which I admit seemed the right ending for him rather than just having him rejoin his brothers and Omega, but they’ll always be happy to welcome him back at some point. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for Crosshair next season!

Glad you liked it! And I agree. Crosshair was great and this was a nice transitional season between the Republic and Empire era. I think it's interesting and definitely the right choice narratively that Crosshair still doubled down on the Empire - reminds me of Prince Zuko from Avatar the Last Airbender.

With season 2 announced, I hope Crosshair has his own arc and gets the chance to redeem himself. When I watch the episodes back, it does feel weird him not being with them, so I really hope somewhere in the new season, when the time is right, Crosshair rejoins the squad, and the Bad Batch will be stronger than ever! In the end, he did show he still cared for his brothers and saved Omega in the end, so there is still good in him. Great video btw. Love the music too!

It's just the audio from the episode with 5.1 stereo audio: so what I've done is I've disabled every one of the 6 channels apart from the center channel (C) so only the dialogue can be heard.

Bad batch would’ve been better showing more missions between the entire squad after season 7 then led to the crosshair betrayal and immediately after having him hunt the batch down (better known as me hating all the cid episodes and replacing them with the mission ones)

Tipoca City has long been known as the stage for the clone revolution during the Empire's reign, mainly through a mission in the original Battlefront games. I loved Bad Batch up until they just showed how lazy and desperate for short term action figure cash Disney is. How are people so ignorant to this piece of Star Wars canon that stood for years up until Disney laid their fat greasy fingers all over it. The destruction of the city made no sense, other than to fit the shows narrative, and not actually filling any plot holes. Pathetic job from the writers, directors and executives overseeing Bad Batch, because before this point it was a great show with a lot of promise.
