Crossing Girard Point Bridge Driving in Philadelphia
This video starts with me driving on the Girard Point Bridge while driving in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have deliveries in Philly from time to time and I always enjoy seeing the skyscrapers in the skyline of a city as I approach it on my drive. Philadelphia, PA is no exception.
One of the things that I love about Philly, is that it's four major sports teams' (Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia Flyers) stadiums are all located in the same area. In some cases, share the same parking lot. I think that is pretty cool. I don't know if other cities are like that, but I know the city I'm closest to (Washington DC) is not like that. Our teams are scattered all over the place (except for the Wizards and Capitals who play in same arena)
I always mention the pros about being a truck driver, but one of the cons is that while you get to see many different places, you don't really get to tour the sights of a city and do some sightseeing because you're working.
Luckily for me, I was able to visit Philadelphia a few years ago on a quick weekend trip and I was able to see all the major attractions that tourists normally see when they travel there such as Independence Hall where the Declaration of Independence was signed, the Liberty Bell, and the famous Rocky Steps from the movie Rocky. And I got to try a lot of authentic Philadelphia Cheesesteaks.

My friends and I tried both Pats and Genos steaks as well as Tony Lukes. They all were really good. I couldn't decide which one I liked best.

I went to Philadelphia 3 years ago. Saw a lot of the sights. Of course I had to jog up the Rocky steps. Lol
