Im my club se did like 15 days preperation without ball.We worked on strenght with 5kg ball and lots of jumping running and all that 3 sets plus...I hope we will start using the ball soon .

Hello from Greece! I am a GK trainer too, i work for an academy with u12 & u14 goalkeepers and i love all of your work. I have a question please if you can help me, i bought the doll obstacle too, 160cm height etc. My question is if you first inflate the section with air first, and after that you put water in the lowest section?? Or you put water first and then air? Or something else material, like sand? My problem is that wen the doll falls it doesn't get up after that, it stays down. Thank you for your time! I've been watching your channel for a bit now, and I've got some questions about your methodology. Obviously you're limited with the numbers you've got at times, so your ability to recreate situations to the degree you would like is difficult. How do you you manage realism vs getting reps? (or what are your thoughts on it) ie on the situation where the GK takes and cross and then resets into a shot, if he catches it cleanly you could look to have him distribute quickly vs if he were to punch you could have him look to reset and take a shot The other thing I often struggle with in crossing situations is the timing, because in these more isolated situations the timings different because the balls in the air a shorter amount of time or for instance when you where using the rebounder conceptually you're asking the GK to move and recover similarly to what he would need to do in crossing situations, but the flight of the ball is more of a knockdown or a clearance into a shot. Your content is great, genuinely interested in your thoughts! Thanks!
