I haven't played the whole thing yet, but I have started it and am enjoying it so far. I got it for less than $3 on PSN. You can tell the people who wrote this actually lived in and experienced the times they are referencing in the game. What I like about it is that many developers make games "retro" style ironically. But no, this was an actual project. You are constantly being being hit with a million and one little references from the 80s, 90s, and even today. At one point, I found a wanted poster and when I examined it, they showed a spoof the the Heisenberg drawing from Breaking Bad 🤣 They sneak in adult jokes such as drugs references (pot) and a few innuendo jokes. Nothing that crosses a line and to be honest, nothing a young child would even get. But you can tell that adults from that generation were the main targeted audience. Because despite the pixelated world and innocent storyline, it still carries this dark undertone of "those days are over and you'll never live them again". So it's kinda sad and bittersweet if you are of a certain age. I also love that the friends razzing each other isn't suppressed. It's innocent child-like humor , like kids do in real life. There are a couple fat jokes, some four eyes jokes. It's not destroyed by Cancel Cancer, excuse me, Cancel Culture. Neat little piece right here. I cant wait to get further into the game to unfold the story more. I hear a lot of people say they're disappointed, but lets see what happens.

Yeah I'm not going to get past the bike parts so I'm done ticks me off because the story was actually interesting, but I do not have the Split Second reflexes to be able to dodge those ridiculous last minute bull jobs
