Yeah it’s really good isn’t it? So hard in the NT, so many cool places we weren’t allowed to fly. The next few vids will have some awesome drone footage

Another great episode. I know it’s way too late now but I have a great celery soup recipe. It has a full head of celery, 2 brown onions, a cup of red lentils, as much garlic as you like, olive oil, stock cubes, cumin, turmeric and bay leaves. I blend it up once it’s cooked (I take out the bay leaves though of course) and you can always add a can of coconut cream at the end of you like. It’s nice with it without it. It makes a lot of soup. That roadhouse at Victoria River is where my son and his partner (they now live in Albany WA) worked for about a year I believe. Looking forward to the next video. 😊

Thanks Lynne! That sounds delicious. We love celery, but that was such a big one. The celery we see here is so spindly! And wow what a remote place to work.

Cheers Nigel & Sue. Another super video. I loved the drone footage, those vertical shots looking straight down at the van and the area you are camped are really appreciated. Cheers. Pete

Thanks Pete! It’s great to be be allowed to fly the drone again. We were very restricted in the NT National Parks! Lots of drone footage coming up in the next one

Can’t get over the changes since we were there. One of our grand daughters lives in Kununurra so I am hoping for a holiday in there not too far distant future. It’s wonderful how fly-free this vicarious travelling is ha! Stay safe

Haha, and they’ve just gotten worse (the flies). Kununurra is lovely. I hope you get to go there soon. Thanks for watching

Good to see some proper roads. I was beginning to think everything was dirt roads and driving across rivers in Australia! Tofu is super easy to cook lots of ways. My favorite is to cut it up, give it some soy sauce then fry it in some oil until it's a bit crispy. Put it to the side, make up stir fry veggies, sauce, seasoning of choice then just toss the fried tofu in before you eat it. Round here they sell refrigerated tofu that come in a pack with water (generally my favorite) but there is also a shelf stable version that's good for camping.

Oh that sounds great, I do like the idea of crispy tofu. Thanks for the tips

Looks fabulous. Thx for sharing. How do you choose your music, Sue?
@nigelandsueadventures2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Deb. We have a subscription with artlist and you can filter the music by genre, theme, bpm etc. honestly it’s one of the most time consuming parts of the edit!
