I have attented approx 7 mnc interviews .. Nowadays march,April There are bulk openings and there is only two round interviews one technical and single manager round, that's all.. May be one communication round. Concentrix, css, iopex, accenture, You can crack by one day ... Better to find hr number and call them .

Bro u guys are doing a great job. But without degree you have to face a lot of problems. U guys are showing rahul sasi as example. But he is extremely brilliant and now start a million dollar startup. These are exceptioms. After 28 years may be we would like to migrate to another country say Canada, australia and us. All these countries will look into your educational qualification before processing visa. So degree is necessary. Just because you guys are providing services which is good ,but don't spread negative ideas to youngsters. Get a degree and improve your skill between these times. Also coming to mnc if you have good skill you you guys start your career starting from 8Lpa in infosys, Tcs extra.

Look bro, I passed my 12th this year and joined an IT company as a software engineer. After five months, I left the company and started my own startup. I will tell you what I have faced in my 12 years of schooling. People made fun of me because I was fat and dark. They called me gay because I was an introverted kid. I had social anxiety and they used to make fun of that. I was bullied & beated extremely. I have a high IQ, but due to my ADHD, I can only pay attention when I'm learning something that I find interesting. Technology and philosophy were my passions, and I had great knowledge of them, but no teacher appreciated me for that. Instead, they used to make me feel like an mandan for not rote learning and memorising subjects, which I hated. Now dude, if you say everyone should go to college, my answer is hell no. You said your experience and everyone has different experiences. School and colleges are only great when you are an extrovert, like others. But if you are an introverted person, it's hell.
