@jeepssnow9506Күн бұрын
@Rachelbrundy3837 To use that logic, why do we have French poodles in America? Because they are majestic bison if for no other reason & secondarily as a wonderful source of protein, frankly!
@AlleyCat-1Күн бұрын
The good thing about RFID tags, is that if you have a scale it'll keep track of the health of that animal (feed, pregnancy, etc) the drawback is it's a way for the government to follow the animal & if it gets sick they can come back to your ranch, depending on how often the animal gets sold. I've heard they haven't used it for "good", but who knows how accurate that info is. I just had some cow's done when my husband got on a "you need to get rid of" kick. Now i just need a fancy scale. Lol

I remember the really wild first few run throughs with the shoot at your mum and step dad home, these guys are really familiar and calm and I love how you let them have figure it out time. They really are a testament to the work you do daily with them! They should do well! Cubes all round!

You hook that chanin all wrong. Push a link through a link and link that chain link, they pressure is on the chain not the hook, which is about as good as the .30 cents it cost when hooked wrong. Hooked correct its worth hundreds. Your welcome from your Ace hardware woman. That bull calf is gorgeous, who's the Daddy?

What if you were to maybe purchase so tarps or even some old advertising heavy duty tarps and put them down your alley way things just to help keep the animals more visually headed in a positive direction
@jeepssnow9506Күн бұрын
They have done that -especially when working the bison twice a year, they use old rubber conveyor belts tethered to the walls of the alleys.

Why do it twice? Do they not trust the first??
@lauralauren6432Күн бұрын
When you tag them they are no longer yours, but the Corporation of the United States of America. Same thing with your car, house and children. Once we register them we are leasing them. They can tax or fine us and even take our children if we dont follow the Corporations POLICYS. IT NOT LAWS. Thanks.

Why didn't you leave them at Doc's instead of loading and capturing multiple times?
@marilynbridges8697Күн бұрын
I am sure Doc would charge a hefty price for board and care, plus the animals may not eat or drink well in a strange place with other handlers.
