Wish they would say which button they are pressing to set information into the camera or which button they are pressing to get to the next screen. Background music was useless. I had to play tutorial 3 or 4 times in slow motion to try and see which buttons were being pressed.

Had this model for little over 1 year and now it does not get passed the logo boot screen. Restarts and resets have done nothing. Absolute junk.

All - this product (from China) is not your best choice. Overall Quality and customer support rate -0 (that's 'minus zero; with 11 being awesome) imho. REALLY focus on the 1 and 2 ratings found on Amazon... they're extremely accurate and telling. I bought two separate units and one will not power up and is sitting on my desk as I type this feedback. Look at the many other higher quality products available or buy it at your own risk (the price suckered me, hope not you too).

I dont understand why there people complain so much now in days everything has some part made in China. Croostour has been a really good company to me starting from cameras for my motorcycle helmet down to the dashcam. Just because you had a experience with them doesn't not make them a all around bad company. I send them a email and within a few hours I get a response right back
