www.baatraining.com Most of us have seen videos with an aircraft landing and taking off in a high crosswind. But what is happening during such operations in the cockpit?
In this video two volunteer pilots will try to explain and show how to perform crosswind take-off and landing in 38 knots gusting with turbulence. Let's see how Roman and Dovydas can deal with it.

Were the pilots doing such a great job on take-off or did the plane just not care about the crosswind and turbulence? It looked very smooth to my admittedly untrained eye.

In my pc flight sim .I can't understand why the airplane is skidding everytime towards wind direction after touchdown .I put full opposite rudder pressure but it also rolls the aircraft a little but .please any help or suggestions on improve of my cross wind landings 😭😭😭

yes.airbus familiy has ground speed mini function. which adjusts final app speed to keep approach ground speed stable by changing indicating speed.

You are using too much side stick, try to minimize your inputs, and you will do much better. Good luck.

William Morton Airline industry is having shortage of pilots now, so many airlines needs pilots but going through cadetship programme is a much guaranteed place and those three mentioned were for cadetship programme but in general there are over 10 airlines in Europe..

no, I can tell the graphics in FFS are ugly. But as Poseidon63 stated, these are training devices and not arcade flight sims with their only realism being the graphics.
