That looks delicious! I like your idea of keeping fresh basil in a jar of.water. I do this with cilantro too! I've never used Barata cheese but now I want to try it. Is it sold at Raley's or any grocery store?

Jocelyn, Thanks for watching my video! I have found burrata at Trader Joe’s (better price) and Nugget Market. I haven’t tried to find it at Raleys yet.
