Roasted Tomatoes with Burrata and Crostini | Quick and Easy Recipe | Burrata Cheese | How to make

Fresh tomatoes roasted to bring out their sweetness, with creamy Burrata cheese on a crispy crostini. Perfect summer salad for weeknight meals or weekend picnics or parties.

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2-4
Ingredients:
4 Cups of Cherry Tomatoes
8 Oz Burrata Cheese
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, chiffonade
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C)
2. In a baking dish, add the Tomatoes, 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil, Garlic, 2 Tbsp. Pine Nuts, Salt, Black Pepper, and Red Chili Flakes, mix all ingredients, and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven, and allow the Tomatoes to cool a little, and then add the fresh basil and mix.
4. Transfer the Tomatoes to a bowl, top it with Burrata Cheese, drizzle it with Olive oil, and more basil, pine nuts, salt and black pepper.
5. Enjoy
