You have a way to demystify any recipe. I almost wasn’t going to watch this because I was sure it was going to be too complicated. I just put kefir on my shopping list :)

Georgina Lawrence hi hi, oh this was far from being complicated, soooo easy you just mix everything together and leave at room temperature and it sets! I mean those french knows a thing or two about making cheese i tell you LOL and if you want to make brie or blue you just put a piece of your favorite cheese with the rind mix with the kefir and the milk and leave it over nite then the milk will have that culture, isnt that brilliant??? So you do not have to buy those crazy packages of culture!!!! Sooooooo smart ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha i hope that it will work for you, doing my part 2 soon. Salting and aging!!! Love you 😘
