Springfeeeel Ok, so my point is this. It is hard to accept for me that Kirk kicked in the head a guy who was held by another guy. And I completely don't accept that Kirk was trying to find an excuse for that with the Randy Blythe case. Randy kicked a guy down from the stage, he bumped his head and died in the hospital. So, actually, Randy caused his death by his aggressive behavior, and actually, he behaved like this during the whole show. Randy won the case at the court, but the judges in our country are ignorants + easy to corrupt. Whereas I believe it was a kind of accident in case of Kirk, it wasn't in the case of Randy. I simply can't stand any aggressive behavior including musicians beating their own fans. And I really don't understand the support Randy got in the metal scene and why the hell his case should be used as an excuse for other violent deeds. I hope you won't find my point too ignorant.
