I haven’t read all the books but I did read part of crowfeathers trial and understand that crowfeather didn’t actually love nightcloud he just did it to have kits and did the kit\breezpaw\breezpelt end up loving him but, then he found leafpool and he new that he couldn’t have her because she is from thunderclan and he’s in windclan but in this video he refuses to let her go.

Thanks! In the original art it’s actually a lot more clear what’s happening then but one of the biggest mistakes I made was I drew the images on a canvas too large for the 1980x1020 format of KZbin- so a lot of the art is cropped 😂

For this video I used Photoshop and Premier Rush, and this one was on a Gaomon tablet that plugs into my computer. I currently use an X-Pen tablet (though I still have the gaomon, the cord is just really iffy), Pencil2d, Photoshop, and Premier Rush. I'm looking into adding Premier Pro to my process, using it to replace Rush, and then possibly finding a better alternative for Pencil2d cause I do like it but it is extremely limited.

So I have a bit of a combination. This animation was made using Photoshop and Premiere Rush. My more recent ones have been made using the following Pencil 2D OR Firealpaca for the lineart Photoshop OR Firealpaca for the coloring Photoshop for the backgrounds Premiere Pro for the effects / putting it all together

I am aware that this song was used for the Mothpool ship, however I actually didn't stumble across it until partway through my animating. When I did, I did debate scrapping what I had at the time (somewhere around the one minute marker). However, I decided not to, for the following reasons. 1) While I respect that people ship Mothwing and Leafpool, I don't personally. I like her with Crowfeather, she was a good personality for him after Silverstream, and it's not her fault that he decided to go jerk on her after she decided to stay in Thunderclan, and honestly I'd like to go smack Midnight for showing up and ruining their love life. 2) This is hardly the only other animation made to this song, with a little research you can find: moth pool, Tigerheart and Dovewing, Firestar and sandstorm, Rainheart and Poppywing, etc. This song works for many pairings, not just the one pairing for the one map that happened to get popular. I had originally wanted to use this song for Crow and Leaf, and I figured other people might want it to, and the 600+ people who have liked this video probably agree with that sentiment. 3) Animating all that I'd had at the time, again around 1 minutes worth, had taken almost a month. I was still very new to animating when I made this, and honestly I still am. It's only been seven months since this came out, but I've learned so much. I didn't want to just erase all that I'd done, so I continued with it, finishing it about a month and a half later, and posting what you see today. In summary, I accept that there's a more famous animation to this song. Honestly, there's a lot of them. But I made this animation because I personally thought it fit their dynamic, no matter that there are other animations with the same song, even including one of the same characters. I hope you have a great day/night, and if you'd like to argue my above points, I respect your right to do that, however maybe next time, don't accuse someone of copying, when you 1) don't have all the facts, and 2) can find multiple other animations to the exact same song :)
