Thank you. I really have a soft spot for Akiton, as it is one of my favorite adventure locations. Something about dangerous wild west Mars just hits that space western vibe too hard, and the lore behind it is one of the best. Honestly, I would love to run it for a group again sometime, and really explore the planet in detail.

I've been watching your videos since I started running a Starfinder game in January, (A WOTC Refugee here) while the other GM in my group has begun running Pathfinder, we've both gotten so much out of your channel, and I consistently refer to you as the "One and Only Starfinder Source" on KZbin. I’m pretty sure you mean “slower” than light travel with thasteron.

Yeah, I was a little confused by that since both can sort of make sense. I had always assumed that thasteron drives were slower than light, but faster than light can still be slower than Drift travel thanks to Drift weirdness.

Another good way to say this is LTL travel, or Less Than Lightspeed

⁠@@TheMapleTable Lol it’s a reference to a movie called John Carter and the Barsoom Book series which it was based on. Since Akiton is so similar to Mars I thought I might as well put the reference here to see if anyone would get it. Also fun fact Mars is even called Barsoom in Pathfinders version of our own solar system.
