Well done! This is exactly what I was looking for. Video was well done also. No loud music or background noise like wind, people or radios. Pure easy to follow instruction. I will be checking our your other videos.

The type of wood he used, the length of cuts, dimensions and hardware of the jig would be nice.

Excellent jig! I am about to install crown molding in my kitchen and dining area, and will need this jig. I will later install in my living room, and will use it again!

I guess you’d be shit out of luck if you have odd angles as you are unable to see the legend on the saw.

Made one for my festool kapex. Bed is 8”. Back is 4 3/4” and moving top is 5”. 38” wide. The bed buts up to the back like the one shown. Not as pretty as the one in the video but works well!! Thanks!

I cut my crown on the flat, especially large crown, my Bosch Axial glide saw is super accurate, makes a beautiful cut, you don’t have nest large crown, it’s time consuming and unnecessary .

what are the sizes of the three main plywood pieces, where can I get the carriage bolt nut , same like you have the black one?

Went through all the details of making jig, excellent. Then completely failed to mention how and why one would adjust the sliding portion of the jig. I’m assuming one adjusts it, depending on the angle of the crown molding edges, where they meet the ceiling/wall. Also, does this jig require one to flip the molding 180deg before making the cut? The reason I’m watching this video is that I’m trying to learn how to install crown molding!

Video is good, but the plans to build that jig would be better!
