I'm sorry if I sounded like a racist, your British accent isn't too thick, and I find it still easy to listen to. I have several conversation with the British people and I get so much trouble for that because their accent is too gibberish for me to understand what they're saying. I have to constantly pardon my self for asking them to repeat them self so I could know what they're trying to say. It's frustrating, but in the same time I wanted to learn. Well, that's two coin for my opinion.

It turned out so nice! =) And now I know why we always are so vague about who makes the payment lol! Back when I used to be a CSR, I remember being told that we would always accept a payment on any account regardless of who it was that called. I always thought it was interesting how all the common rules seemed to change as soon as money was brought up.
