It was very useful , thank for that video. The vocabulary part was nice. It has some idioms and pronunciation , which is very interesting .The only thing is bothering me is a speed of speech . I think it's too slow .

I was surprised to hear the first person introduce themself as "Mrs Jones." Just my opinion, but I think that would never happen. Unless she has time-traveled from the 1950's. Overall, very useful !

2:21 shouldn't it be "I've been living here for 5 years" ? Otherwise, it would mean she does not live there anymore which does not make sense.

No, "I have lived here for 5 years" means she still lives there in the present. "I have been living here for 5 years" would also be possible and correct. It's impossible to explain in detail. But there is a special case with certain verbs (work, study, live etc) - the present perfect (simple) can be used to describe the duration of an action that is still continuing in the present. Another example: I have worked in London for 10 years. (I am still working in London in the present) Andrew

From my point of view the speed is a bit essential in terms of the native speakers speak quite fast so it is a good practice and get used to rapid speech afterwards the British accent is not really clear as their accent is like coming more inside their teeth
