We had a 16 night stay at this property. We came in with Platinum Elite status and left with Diamond Elite status. It was a wonderful experience and we would recommend a stay at this hotel. The upgraded room for 16 nights was a real treat.

I wish hotels in the US offered food options other than breakfast. It seems like most of the hotels you both stay at in Asia offer so much more for the money.

We’ve got several hotels coming up in the US later this year and I am dreading the expected drop in level of service and food options in the lounges:-(

You should have gone into the gym as many of us use the gym daily and would like to see it whether it is full or not. Also at least the entrance area of the spa. The hotel overall is very nice. Interesting to see a Holiday Inn Express attached as you can stay there for less points/dollars and get an included breakfast if you don't have lounge access at Crown Plaza.

Hi Allie they sell bathtub foot rests. It's has suction cups that hold a barrier that stops you from slipping further into the tub. It's good because I can't reach the edge of the tub at times.

Question - Do the elevators require you to swipe your room key in order to access floors with rooms on them? I'm wondering because of all the public/other hotel access such as the gym, mall and pool. Nice Review. Awesome suite with windows on three sides! Cheers!

Yes you use a keycard to go to each floor with guest rooms, all other floors are accessible without the card.

Good Morning Allie What editing software do you use? I love how you can change the direction of the view so easily while filming, clearly this is not a cell phone because I have tried this with my cell phone lol.

Seems most of the hotels you stay at have these amazing lounges! Is that typical of the Asian hotels or do you have to check if each hotel you are looking at offers it?

Pretty sure we saw people purchasing it, but I'm not sure of the price or value. Room service was a good value and the connected mall has tons of food too.
